Exhibiting at the ESOT Congress is a unique opportunity to showcase your products to all stakeholders involved in transplantation.

Our delegates welcome the opportunity to tap into the expertise provided by exhibitors. The exhibition area is located centrally at the congress venue. The exhibition remains open for the entire scientific programme duration.

Spaces related to major sponsorship packages will be allocated using a priority for major sponsors system. All further spaces will be allocated based on the reservations received, on a first-come, first-served basis.

It is in the interest of ESOT that you are satisfied with the booth allocation. Please note, however, that whilst we will strive to allocate the best booth space for your company possible, ESOT cannot guarantee any preferences on neighbouring exhibition booth.

Exhibition traffic is increased through the following efforts:

  • Catering and coffee stations are located in the exhibition area
  • E-poster and working lounge located in the exhibition area
  • Relaxation area and charging stations are also placed in the exhibition area

Square meter prices: flat fee of EUR 1,000 per sqm including:

  • Exhibitors badges (as per contract)
  • Company / Product profile in Final
  • Programme (200 words max.)

Registered charities and Non Profit Organisations are offered exhibition space at EUR 1,000 or a 6 sqm booth. There are a limited number of charitable booths available. Shell scheme package: modular stand and fascia board (only for the 6 sqm charity booths).

Please note that if any elements of the sponsor packages do not suit your current objectives we will be delighted to discuss how we can assist you in building a bespoke package to suit your needs.
