Guarantee/Payment of Hotel Reservation

Reservations must be secured by credit card. The total amount due for the stay will be charged to the given credit card upon confirmation of the booking. AIM GROUP International will issue an invoice for the set amount.

Cancellation Policy

Any change or cancellation of hotel reservations must be requested in writing to AIM GROUP International – Aim Congress – Milan Office.
AIM GROUP International – Aim Congress – Milan Office reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

• Before 30th July 2023: any written cancellation will be refunded; only a reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept
• Before 15th August 2023: any cancellation will be charged 50% of the cancelled value and the reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept
• After 15th August 2023: no refunds will be available for amendments, reductions, no-shows or cancellations

COVID Hotel Guarantee by AIM Group

If the conference will not take place/be postponed/become entirely virtual, a TOTAL refund of the hotel deposit is guaranteed.
If a single customer cancels his room as COVID positive/quarantined/denied permission to travel by public authority AIM Group COVID guarantee a total refund of the hotel deposit

Please note: In case of no-show on the first night of the reservation, reservations will be automatically cancelled, and the hotel will not refund the payment received.
